Study On The Treatment Of Osteoporosis Due To Kidney Weak And Blood Stasis During Perimenopause By Tiaogengyijing Soup

Objective: To observe the more profit the soup cure kidney and blood stasis type perimenopausal women osteoporosis clinical curative effect, in order to find better ways to slow the bone loss of perimenopausal women.Methods: From Qingdao HaiCi medical group, in March 2014 to June 2015 in TCM gynecology outpatient clinic 64 patients by clinical symptoms and bone mineral density measurement diagnosis of patients with osteoporosis, menopausal transition were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Treatment group taking tutor professor xxx from party more profit by the soup, control group taking bone acbel particles, treatment for 6 months. Observe the clinical symptoms of two groups of patients before and after treatment(lumbar debility, nape pain, dizziness, tinnitus, insomnia, forgetfulness, the less have many dreams, amenorrhea) before and after treatment and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH), estradiol(E2), serum alkaline phosphatase(ALP), serum calcium and bone mineral density(1-4 lumbar positive side, the left hip BMD) changes.Results: the clinical research results show that:(1) treatment group total effective rate is 83%, control group total effective rate 63%, two groups total effective rate was significant difference(P < 0.05), showed that bone is more profit by the soup of the menopausal transition of osteoporosis has good curative effect.(2) two groups of clinical symptoms in patients with total score were decreased, but the treatment group was better than control group, especially for(lumbar debility, nape pain) the main symptoms, the treatment group can be more effective in relieving patients with lumbar spinal pain and symptoms of lumbar debility weakness.(3) in terms of hormone levels, two groups of E2, FSH level were improved after treatment, both group comparison before and after the treatment(p < 0.05); Comparison between the two groups after treatment(p < 0.05), indicating that the treatment group the more the I ching soup in the aspect of improving sex hormones than control group in bone acbel particles has better curative effect.(4) two groups of bone mineral density after treatment was slightly increased, the two groups on(density compared before and after treatment,(p < 0.05), compared the two groups after treatment(p < 0.05), the treatment group was better than control group, in improving the treatment group(density has obvious advantages. On the left side of the hip bone mineral density in the two groups before and after treatment were(P < 0.05), the comparison between the two groups after treatment(P > 0.05), there was no evident difference in treatment group and control group after treatment.Conclusion: the more profit the soup treatment of perimenopausal osteoporosis curative effect significantly, can improve reproductive endocrine and bone mineral density, improve serum alkaline phosphatase(ALP), the levels of serum calcium in order to achieve the purpose of improvement of clinical symptoms.
