Clinical Observation Of Self-made Yishen Tiaoxue Decoction In The Treatment Of Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome In Later Menstruation

Objective: This topic is to self-prepare Yishen Tiaoxue Decoction for the treatment of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type in the late menstrual period,to analyze and analyze the data,objectively evaluate its safety and effectiveness,expand new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment,find new treatment methods,help this Class patient group.Methods: The selected patients from this subject were from the gynaecological clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The cases were collected from January 2018 to November 2018.A total of 72 patients were collected and divided into treatment group and control group by randomization.There were 36 cases in each group.During the observation,the patients in the treatment group were not detached according to the requirements of 3 cases.The patients in the control group were not treated with 4 cases,the actual statistics of the treatment group were 33 cases,and the actual control group was 32 cases.The treatment group : Yuyi Shen Tiaoxue Recipe,medication method: 300 ml per decoction,starting on the 5th day of menstruation,1 day,150 ml / time,oral,and even 21 days for a course of treatment,continuous treatment 3 a course of treatment.Control group: treatment for female gold tablets,medication: starting on the 5th day of menstruation,taking warm water,2 times a day,4 tablets / time,and even serving 21 days for a course of treatment,continuous medication for 3 courses.No other drugs should be taken during the treatment of the two groups of patients.The changes of primary and secondary symptoms before and after treatment were observed in the two groups.The calculation efficiency was calculated and the results were statistically analyzed.Results: In the treatment group(Yi Shen Tiaoxue Decoction),33 patients were cured,7 were cured,14 were markedly effective,7 were effective,5 were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 84.85%.In the control group(female gold tablets treatment),32 patients were cured,3 cases were cured,9 cases were markedly effective,13 cases were effective,7 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 78.13%.The two drugs were effective in the treatment of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type in the late menstrual period.The total effective rate between the two groups was different(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group?Conclusion: After clinical observation,the total effective rate and cure rate of Yishen Tiaoxue Decoction for treating kidney deficiency and blood stasis in late menstruation were higher than that of female gold tablets,and no adverse reactions such as allergies occurred during the treatment period,which proved that self-made kidney The safety and effectiveness of the blood transfer side can be promoted in clinical use.
