Clinical Observation Of Jia Wei Shi Xiao San Treating Metrorrhagia With Deficiency Of The Kidney And Blood Stasis Syndrom

Purpose:To explore systematically the hemostasis effect and other clinical effort of Jia wei shi xiao san in treating metrorrhagia with deficiency of the kidney and blood stasis syndrom based on the theory and clinical research under the guidance of traditional and westen medical theory.Method:Choose60patients which met the inclusion criterion and divide them into two groups randomly.Give all patients drugs durning the period of bleeding.The treatment group were given Jia wei shi xiao san treating a day,morning and evening,oral;The control group received solid pills,(Xishuangbanna Rainforest Pharmaceutical Co.Zhunzi:Z53021514.The main components long xuejie.Functions and Indication:activate blood circulation and dissolve stasis, acesodyne, myogenic,sore healing and hemostasia) Orally,4pieces,3times a day. Clinical efficacy were observed.Result:The total effective rate was90.0%in the control group,the total effective rate was76.7%,compared the two groups was significant difference (p<0.05),treatment group was significantly better than the control group. When the text finished,compared the two groups was significant difference (p<0.05) in stopping bleeding.Zygomatic red tide in the treatment group improved thermal,five upset hot better than the control group (p<0.05)Conclusion Jia wei shi xiao san had a good hemostatic effect uterine bleeding for metrorrhagia with deficiency of the kidney and blood stasis syndrom,the clinical observation of Jia wei shi xiao san.Treating the disease is effective,t is worthpromoting.
