Clinical Observation Of Self-made Yishen Zhuyu Decoction For Prolonging Menstruation(Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome)

Objective:This subject has conducted clinical observations on self-made Yishen Zhuyu Decoction for the treatment of prolonged menstrual periods of kidney deficiency and blood stasis,which proves that this method is effective and safe for the treatment of this type of menstrual diseases,and provides a certain objective basis for future clinical diagnosis and treatment and data support.Methods: The 72 cases observed in this project were patients who visited the gynecology clinic or treatment area of the affiliated hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to January 2020.Dialectically,the menstrual period of the kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome is prolonged,the youngest is 18 years old,and the oldest is 45 years old without menopause.All cases were tested for sex hormones and gynecological color ultrasonography to exclude those caused by anovulatory dysfunction or organic causes Menstruation extended.There were 36 cases in the experimental group and the other in the control group.During the period,3 cases fell off due to personal factors,and 69 cases were actually collected.The experimental group was given Yishen Zhuyu Decoction orally,one dose daily,300 ml of juice was decocted,and 150 ml each was taken in the morning and evening.The medication was started 7 days before menstruation,and continued for 21 days,for a total of three menstrual cycles;the control group was given Fuxuean orally.6 tablets at a time,3 times a day.Take after meals or as directed by your doctor.Started one week before,for 21 days.There are three menstrual cycles.Results: Through the analysis of experimental data,the results showed that: 35 patients in the experimental group(self-made Yishen Zhuyu Decoction group),including 6 cured,16 markedly effective,10 effective,3 ineffective,the total effective rate was 91.42%;the control group(Fuxuean Group)34 patients,including 2 cured,10 markedly effective,18 effective,4ineffective,the total effective rate was 88.23%.Data analysis of the two groups(P=0.028,P<0.05),the total effective rate of the two groups is significantly different,the experiment iseffective,the experimental group is better than the control group.Conclusion: The clinical trial observations proved that the self-made Yishen Zhuyu Decoction is more effective than the control group Fuxuean in treating prolonged periods of kidney deficiency and blood stasis,and has no adverse effects,providing a new option for future clinical applications.
