Analysis Of Bronchial Asthma In Children's Quality Of Life

Object: to approach and analyze the influence of bronchial asthma (it abbreviates Asthma as below) for children's quality of life and the improvement information of the therapy project of combing traditional Chinese and western medicine for asthma.Method: Part 1: to approach the problem of Asthma children's quality of life: summarized the research progress of asthma children's quality of life, explored and analyzed the recognition of Traditional Chinese Medicine for asthma children's quality of life and summarized the study and research of exterior and interior for the evaluation sheet of Asthma children's quality of life, drew up the evaluation sheet of asthma children's quality of life. Part 2: to select 100 cases patients, single center, contrast circa by itself, utilized the evaluation sheet of asthma children's quality of life, adopted tutor's therapy project of combining Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine to observe the score's changes of quality of life before and after treatment., tested the score of every item in scale and the dependability of clinical control level. On the base of the three aspects of the questionnaire design, it divided into the score of the correlated symptom of asthma, score of limitation degree of activity, score of the information of sentiment, every item's score and the three items' scores. For the questionnaire score before and after treatment, chose marched-pairs T test or ANOVA, used SPSS12.0 as the statistic software.Result: Bronchial asthma influences children's quality of life. 22 items' scores of the evaluation sheet of asthma children' quality of life have significant changes before and after treatment... Every item is increasing distinguished. The level of T test is smaller than the significance level 0.05. The post-treatment's total score of every item has significant difference, and the total score has upgraded. Every item of post-treatment total score's data is diminished compared with prior treatment. The items' scores of drew up evaluation sheet of asthma children's quality of life has significant positive correlation with ACT's scores.Conclusion: Asthma influences the elevation of children's quality of life. The evaluation sheet of asthma children's quality of life can become one of the curative effect evaluation standards for asthma children. The therapy of project of combining Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine will improve the asthma children's quality of life.
