ObjectiveTo explore the effects of rehabilitation nursing on asthma control, pulmonary function and quality of life in adult patients with bronchial asthma, and to form a systematic and formative rehabilitation nursing model for asthma patients.Methods1Thisresearchappliesthequasi-experimental study to recruit asthma patients admitted to the Department of Respiratory Medicine, the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from July 2017 to July 2018.According to the time sequence,47 patients were enrolled in the control group who were treated from July 2017 to January 2018 and 47 patients were enrolled in the experimental group who were treated from February 2018 to July 2018.In the control group and the experimental group, the corresponding bronchial asthma symptomatic treatment was carried out according to the recommended regimen in the Chinese guidelines for the prevention and treatment ofbronchialasthma. On this basis, patients in the experimental group were given rehabilitation nursing intervention programs, including breathing training, behavioral intervention, psychological intervention, nutritional support, and Chinese medicine massage acupoints, and so on.The study compares the asthma diary score, asthma control situation, life quality and lung function between pre-intervention and post-intervention after two months.2The SPSS19.0 statistical processing software was used to analyze the original data. For the measurement data, the Kolmogorov-Simrnov statistical test method was used to test the data normality and the homogeneity analysis of the variance was performed using the Levene variance homogeneity test.If the factors are in accordance with thenormal distribution and are consistent with the homogeneity of the variance, the results are expressed in the form of meanąstandard deviation(meanąSD),and the t-test is used when comparing the two sets of measurement data.If the factors do not conform to the normal distribution and/or do not conform to the homogeneity of the variance, they are expressed in the form of a median(quartile),M(P25,P75),which is compared using the rank sum test. The count data is expressed in the form of number(percentage)(N;%).When the count data is compared,if the total sample size is greater than 40 and the minimum theoretical frequency is greater than 5,the chi-square test(?~2 test)is used for calculation. If the total sample size is greater than 40 and the minimum theoretical frequency is between 1 and 5,the chi-square test correction formula is used to calculate. If the total sample size is less than 40,or the minimum theoretical frequency is less than1,Fisher's exact probability method is used for calculationResults1Before intervention, there was no significant difference in nocturnal symptom score and daytime symptom score between the control group and the experimental group(P>0.05).The nocturnal symptom score and daytime symptom score were significantly lower in the control group and the experimental group than previous intervention. There was no significant difference in nocturnal symptom score and daytime symptom score between the control group and the experimental group(P>0.05).2 ACT score was used to evaluate the control of asthma between the control group and the experimental group. It was found that there was no significant difference in the ACT score between the control group and the experimental group before intervention(P>0.05).The ACT scores of the control group and the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the ACT score between the control group and the experimental group(P>0.05).3Before the intervention, there was no significant difference in the total score of AQLQ and the effect of symptoms, activity limitation, emotional function and environmental stimulation between the two groups(P>0.05),but after the intervention, there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The scores of total score and symptom of AQLQ,limited activity, emotional function and environmental stimulation in the experimental group were significantly higher than those before intervention(P<0.05),among which the total score of AQLQ and the limited activity were significantly higher than those before intervention(P<0.05).The scores of the two dimensions of environmental stimulation were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),the total score of AQLQ,the effect of symptoms and the activity of the control group were limited after intervention(P<0.05).The scores of three dimensions of affective function were significantly higher than those before intervention(P<0.05).4Before the intervention, there was no significant difference in FEV1%,FEV1/FVC between the control group and the experimental group(P>0.05),the FEV1%,FEV1/FVC of the control group and the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group and the experimental group before the intervention. The FEV1%,FEV1/FVC of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Rehabilitation nursing significantly improve not only the quality of life of patients with bronchial asthma, but also the lung function of patients wit h bronchial asthma. It's necessary for us to do further research so as to improve asthma symptoms and control asthma attacks in patients. The essay aims to furt her explore whether comprehensive rehabilitation intervention can help to control asthma symptoms and asthma attacks.
