The main conclusions of this study are as follows:1. The job satisfaction of nurse in this military hospital is at comparatively high level. There are significant difference among the job satisfaction of nurse from different age, categories and departments. But there is no significant difference among the job satisfaction of nurse which are different in work years, marriage and education background. Conclusively, age, category, and department are important factors which influence nurse's job satisfaction.2. There is significant positive correlation between the job satisfaction and organizational commitment of the nurse, and there is also significant negative correlation between their job satisfaction and turnover intention. Both exterior satisfaction and interior satisfaction can predict organizational commitment effectively. And only exterior satisfaction can predict turnover intention effectively.
