Along with the reform of our medical care system, medical service marketgradually opening up, further, the hospital was gradually pushed to the market, themarket operation level. In today’s world political pattern, economic developmentsituation is changing all the time, our country’s legal system perfect, the socialenvironment change, change rapidly accelerating process of medical science andtechnology level, for the survival and development of hospital put forward newrequirements to deal with changeable, complex situation, first should be the overall,comprehensive, clear, thorough analysis of its own the advantages and disadvantagesof hospital development, recognizing the opportunities and challenges faced, on thisbasis, the use of strategic management idea to program development layout of thehospital, the reasonable management of hospital. Colleges and universities in themedical and health service system, especially, the Affiliated Hospital of MedicalCollege, playing a more specific role, not only must bear the responsibility of thegeneral medical institutions to mend his ways to save him, but also take care ofinnovation of science and technology, education, the ability of basic level medicalhealth service institutions to improve complex task, is the source of health the serviceability of the whole social medical improvement. Therefore, in a sense, AffiliatedHospital of medical college reform and development strategy research, is not onlyrelated to the development of the hospital itself, but also related to the global socialhealth capital stock and economic and social harmonious development, significance.Based on the basic principles of health economics, using the modern strategicmanagement theory and SWOT analysis tools of strategic analysis, relevant policy,closely around the national medical system reform of the pointer, combined with mywork in University Affiliated Z hospital, reasonable model reference at home and abroad, first into the hospital strategy development, closely combining the actualsituation of the hospital the development present situation, comprehensive analysis ofZ hospital at present and existing problems, analysis and research of SWOT,combined with the achievements of the reform and development of the AffiliatedHospital of China Medical University, summary and innovation, put forward thestrategic planning for Z hospital development and corresponding measures, on thestrategic choice, Z hospital and China Higher Medical School Affiliated Hospital toprovide reference and research foundation of positive long-term sustainabledevelopment.
