Objective: From the perspective of strategic management,it aims at providing a positive reference and research basis for the affiliated hospital of Y Medical University to achieve the long-term development goal,enhance the core competitiveness and establish the research hospital,as well as providing reference for the development of research hospitals in other affiliated hospitals of domestic medical universities and ideas for the country to formulate relevant policies and measures.Method: Under the background of the reform of medical and health system and guided by research hospitals as well as the strategic management theory,this paper has put forward the implementation strategy in the affiliated hospital of Y Medical University,which takes the affiliated hospital of Y Medical University as the object,collects data and classifies and analyzes by using the methods of literature review method,case study method,comparative research method and chart analysis method,analyzes the macro environment affecting the development of this hospital by using the PEST model,analyzes the industry environment of this hospital by using theMichael Porter five forces model,and discusses the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the hospital itself by using the SWOT matrix in order to complete the strategic analysis and matching.Result: Analysis of external environment in the affiliated hospital of Y Medical University: 1.PEST analysis:(1)Political aspect: it is influenced by the comprehensive reform of urban public hospitals,the price of medical services and the comprehensive supervision of the health industry;(2)Economic aspect: the economy is maintaining at a medium and high speed for development,and the expenditure on health care and family planning is increasing year by year whether from the national point of view or the perspective of Guangxi;(3)Social aspect: the aging trend of population in China is serious,and the number of institutions on health care is increasing year by year;(4)Technical aspect: with the continuous development of medical technology,digitization has been applied to hospital management and reform;(5)Analysis of development trend of medical university affiliated hospitals: adapt to the major changes in the macro-policy environment,give full play to the core role of the public hospital party committee,must adhere to the principle of public welfare and continue to establish and improve the graded diagnosis and treatment model.2.Analysis on Michael Porter five forces model:(1)Competitors int he industry: competitions among medical institutions and competitions among regions in medical industry;(2)Threat from succedaneum: part of basic medical treatment in hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system has been replaced,and Internet + hospitals;(3)Threat from potential entrants: the entry of non-public capital,and the entry of foreign capital;(4)Bargaining power of the buyer: the price is based on the highest pricing standard of the health department;(5)Bargaining power of thesupplier: it mainly refers to the supplier or the supplier of medical service,who have the low bargaining power.Analysis on the internal environment of the affiliated hospital of Y Medical University: the advantages of the affiliated hospital of Y Medical University are as follows: human resources allocation,professional technology and scientific research,subject construction,hospital information construction,geographical location,coordinated development of medicine,education and research,clinical teaching hospital as well as the advanced telemedicine platform.The disadvantages are as follows: insufficient talent reserve,unreasonable organization and management structure,relative shortage of scientific research talents,malpractice of system,emphasis on medical treatment and light on service and so on.The main opportunities are as follows: the successful enlightenment of research universities,the opportunity of national policy,the expansion of medical market and the improvement of medical technology environment.The main threats are as follows: no experience for referring on building research hospitals,the process needed for changing consciousness of medical patients,the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment required for the new medical reform policy,the fiercer competitions among hospitals,and the risks brought by new technologies.Conclusion: Based on PEST-SWOT analytical method,this paper has put forward the strategy of establishing the research hospital under the background of the new medical reform in the affiliated hospital of Y Medical University with completing the strategic analysis and matching.Through the implementation of hospital organization strategies,such as differentiation strategy,talent strengthening hospital strategy,science and educationrejuvenating hospital strategy,information strategy,continuous improvement strategy and so on,as well as combined with the reform and development results on affiliated hospitals of medical universities in China,this paper has summarized and innovated in order to put forward strategic plannings and corresponding measures suitable for the development of this hospital: it should pay attention to continuous innovation,improve clinical diagnosis and treatment,rely on talent training,promote the transformation of achievements,achieve scientific management and enhance cultural strength.
