| Objective:To study situation and risk correlative factors of preoperative anxiety in adult patients undergoing selective operation.Methods:General Status Inventory Questionnaire(GSIQ),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS),Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire(MCMQ),revised Eysenck Personality Questionnaire for Chinese Short form(EPQ-RSC),were administered to 201 adult patients undergoing selective operation.Results.The preoperative anxiety was very high in patients,38.31%.Correlation analysis showed that the preoperative anxiety had significantly negative correlation with cognitive factors such as whether to worry communicate sufficiently with surgery and Anaesth doctors,worry about patient's condition,comprehend contents and significants of Preoperative prepare or investigation,worry about family life,correlation coefficient,-0.179,-0.183,-0.234., -0.192,-0.145,for separate,P<0.05,as well as social-psychic factors such as SSRS-S, SSRS-T,epq-E,correlation coefficient,-0.274,-0.257,-0.217,P<0.05.preoperative anxiety had significantly positive correlation with worry about diagnose disagreement with patient condition,resignation,epq-N,P,correlation coefficient,0.170,0.376,0.175, P<0.05.Multi-stepwise regression analysis indicated that the preoperative anxiety was influenced by three factors,including epq-N,resignation,comprehend contents and significants of Preoperative prepare,R2 0.141,0.045,0.022,P<0.05.Conclusion: Preoperative anxiety in patients undergoing selective operation were influenced by multi-factors,such as epq-N,resignation,comprehend contents and significants of Preoperative prepare,necessary to mental intervention,according to these,it can provide theory base for patients accepting surgery delightly,improve quality and safety of anaesthesia,decurtate time in hospital,elevate clinic potency ratio. |
