Objectives1 To investigate the status of post-stroke depression in stroke patients.2 To investigate the status of type D personality, cognitive emotion regulation, coping style and social support in stroke patients.3 To explore the correlation among the occurrence of post-stroke depression, type D personality, cognitive emotion regulation, coping style and social support in stroke patients.MethodsA cross-sectional investigation was conducted out in the department of stroke center,Tianjin Fourth Central Hospital from June 2018 to December 2018.Patients information was collected using general conditions questionnaire,Self-rating Depression Scale,Type D Personality Scale 14,Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire,Trait Coping Style Questionnaire and Social Support Rating Scale.Data input and statistical analysis were performed using EpiData 3.1 and SPSS 17.0software.T-test,?~2 test and Logistic regression analysis were used to analyze influencing factors of post-stroke depression in stroke patients.Results1 A total of 200 questionnaires were distributed and 200 questionnaires were collected,of which 200 were valid questionnaires, and the effective rate was 100.00%.The average age of the 200 subjecets enrolled in the study was 67.00(63.00,71.75)years,of which 66%were male. The patients with ischemic stroke accounted for91.50%.51.5%of the subjects were first stroke episodes. The incidence of post-stroke depression in the 200 subjects included in the study was 82.50%.2 Among the 200 subjects included in the study, type D personality patients accounted for 69.50%,and the total score of DS-14 scale of was 32.00(18.00,33.00).The score of negative emotion dimension and social inhibition dimension score was14.00(11.00,19.00)and 15.00(9.00,18.75).In cognitive emotion regulation questionnaire, the score of self-blame dimension was 13.00(11.00,16.00),acceptance dimension was 8.00(6.00,13.00),contemplative dimension was 15.00(12.00,17.00),actively re-focus dimension was 8.00(6.00,13.00),re-focus on the plan dimension was 8.00(6.00,13.00),actively re-evaluate dimension was 8.00(6.00,13.00),rational analysis dimension was 8.00(6.00,13.00),catastrophic dimension was 14.00(10.00,16.00),blame others dimension was 13.00(10.00,17.00);the scores of adaptive emotion regulation were 25.00 to 87.00,and the scores of non-adaptive emotion regulation were 25.00 to 76.00.The scores of positive coping dimension and negative coping dimension in the Trait Coping Style Scale were(31.07±6.90)and(35.78±6.74)respectively.In the trait coping style scale, the score of positive coping dimension was(31.07±6.90),the score of negative coping dimension was(35.78±6.74)which were higher than that of the domestic norm with statistical difference(P<0.01).The total score of the social support rating scale was 42.00(39.00,46.00),of which the subjective support dimension score was23.00(21.00,25.00),the objective support dimension score was 12.00(12.00,13.75)and the utilization score was 7.00(6.00,9.00).70.00%of the subjects had moderate social support, and 30.00%of the subjects'social support at high level.3 Univariate analysis showed that ages(?~2=7.482,P<0.01),type of medical insurance(?~2=7.348,P<0.05),income(?~2=6.620,P<0.05)and number of stroke episodes(?~2=5.033,P<0.05)had statistically significant differences in post-stroke depression. Those Type D personality subjects and non-Type D personality subjects had statistically significant differences in post-stroke depression(?~2=43.541,P<0.01).9 dimensions in the cognitive emotion regulation questionnaire,self-blame(Z=-6.730,P<0.01),acceptance(Z=-7.693,P<0.01),contemplation(Z=-7.915,P<0.01),positive re-focus(Z=-7.244,P<0.01),re-focus on the plan(Z=-7.302,P<0.01),positive re-evaluation(Z=-7.106,P<0.01),rational analysis(Z=-7.491,P<0.01),catastrophic(Z=-6.568,P<0.01)and blame others(Z=-5.880,P<0.01)scores were statistically different in post-stroke depression. In trait coping style, the differences between the positive response(t=3.485,P<0.01)and the negative response(t=-18.069,P<0.01)were found statistically different in post-stroke depression.Differences in the social support rating scale(Z=-7.692,P<0.01),objective support(Z=-11.056,P<0.01)and utilization of support(Z=13.665,P<0.01)were statistically different in the incidence of post-stroke depression.Multivariate analysis using Logistic regression analysis.Whether subjects occured post-stroke depression or not was the dependent variable.According to the inclusion level?=0.05,the exclusion level?=0.10,the independent variables with statistical differences in univariate analysis were included in Logistic regression analysis.Logistic regression analysis showed that 2 variables rumination and negative coping entered into the equation, the regression coefficient was 1.192 and the 1.029,OR value was 3.293 and 1.068,and the constant item was-46.060.Conclusions1 The incidence of post-stroke depression in subjects was 82.50%,mainly were mild and moderate depression(55.15%,38.18%).2 The detection rate of type D personality in subjects was 69.50%.In terms of cognitive emotion regulation, the scores of adaptive emotion regulation were 25.00 to87.00,and scores of non-adaptive emotion regulation were 25.00 to 76.00.In terms of coping style, the score of negative coping style was(35.78±6.74),which was higher than the normal level in China. In terms of social support, more than half(70.00%)of the subjects'social support at moderate level.3 Age,type of medical insurance, per capita income, number of episodes, type D personality, cognitive emotion regulation, coping style and social support were different between the subjects with post-stroke depression and subjects without post-stroke depression. The negative coping in coping style and the contemplation in cognitive emotion regulation are the influencing factors of post-stroke depression, that is,the higher the scores of negative coping and contemplation, the more likely the stroke patients to have post-stroke depression.
