Research Of Telemedicine All-data Exchange Platform Based On CDA

Telemedicine enterprise in our country is coming into a rapid developing period with the advancement of communication, computer and information technology. However, should also be noted that China's medical information integration level is low and network coverage is small, data is still fragmented and not unified, content is not match, isolated islands are everywhere, can't realize the sharing of health information across sectors and has restricted rapid and healthy development of the telemedicine enterprise. This project is aimed at finding a proper solution for this situation by the research of the telemedicine data-exchange technology.Taking full account of the current medical standards, this paper designed the telemedicine all-data exchange platform based on the CDA. Firstly we analysis requirements and key issues of the data exchange platform, then give an overall design model combined with CDA and Oracle XML DB. After a specific analysis of the implementation of the CDA document, the system generated the CDA-making template for various interfaces to generate standard CDA documents then we use Oracle XML DB technology to store CDA document. This platform cans effectively solute the standardization and storage problems of all-data. And based on that platform we designed the data management subsystem and data storage subsystem. Data Management subsystem provides template management data inquire and export operation services; while data storage subsystem uses the data-engine to collect or send standard CDA documents from the interface. At the end of the paper, we developed the remote video consultation and exchange of subsystems and integrated platform that the platform to prove the practicability of the platform.
