Design And Implementation Of Clinical Data Exchange System For Regional Health

Regional medical informationization has been rapidly developed by widely using modern computer technology, communication technology, and internet technology in medical field. It can allocate medical resources reasonably, reduce the medical cost, improve the quality and efficiency of medical service through interconnection and interworking, sharing and exchanging among different information systems in the area of region. However, some problems exist in the domestic regional medical informatization construction, such as inconsistent standards, low information sharing degree, and high risks in the data security, these problems block the exchange and sharing between clinical data, limit the development of health care.According to the development situation and existing problems of the regional medical information construction in China, this thesis presents the solution and implement method for clinical data exchange in regional medical. Through the analysis of heterogeneous information system in hospital, summarizes the clinical information which needs to be collected, designs the normative medical business process, integrates the electronic medical record system, hospital information system, picture archiving and communication system, laboratory information management system and mobile nursing, etc. heterogeneous systems in hospital by using various integration technology, realizes to acquire, organize and encapsulate target data, forms the medical information metadata which takes patient as the center, meets the regional medical exchange. All of this is to provide data for the clinical data exchange. On the basis of the clinical data, designs the examination report module, inspection report module, discharge records module, resident admit note module, progress note module, nursing records module and operation record module of the medical information metadata, makes all of modules to conform to the standards, completes the interface which can encapsulate and parse data. Finally, realizes to exchange and share the medical data between hospital and regional medical center.
