With the reform of medical and health system, the establishment and perfection of basic medical and health system, the accelerating development of medical and health undertakings and the advances in science and technology, Medical information has also made great development. Acupuncture on stroke medical association and combined cloud computing technology, we build a cloud stroke whose function is to share and exchange medical information for the hospitals in the medical association. However, at this stage, there are still some problems in the cloud stoke:it is limited to expand the function of data exchange, data exchange has security hidden trouble and data exchange resource consumption is relatively large. Medical information is stored in single node, there are security risks.According to the characteristics of medical information in medical association, combined with international medical standards. This paper applies JSON to the data exchange of medical cloud platform for the first time. Combining the advantages of the cloud platform is easy to expand, scalable and resource virtualization, this paper researches on Database Cluster, design and implement a medical information storage model based on MySQL cluster for the cloud stoke. Cloud stoke is a medical information sharing model which can be further promoted. The purpose of this paper are to establish a data collection mechanism, storage scheme and technical specification, which can be used for reference, can be copied, can be extended to the regional medical collaborative cloud technology, to provide safe and controllable regional medical collaborative cloud data platform, to provide a certain reference in the area of medical information for the government, to promote the application and development of medical information technology and reduce the cost and cycle of medical industry information construction.The results of the research are as follow:Firstly, improve the data interactive process of cloud stroke, so that the front machine unneeded to connect with the cloud platform database directly. At the same time, added the external access mechanism for cloud stoke. Secondly, design data specification and synchronization process based on JSON for cloud stoke information synchronization to compress the expenses, improve the speed and analysis the security of data synchronization. Thirdly, Construct the request structure for cloud stoke based on JSON and combined some published encryption algorithms. Optimized the data structure and data access method of this system. Lastly, combine the cloud platform’s advantages of high reliability, high reliability and high security to build a MySQL cluster store the information of cloud stoke which has the advantages of load balance and data synchronization function.Based on the existing research, this paper improves the data exchange and storage of the cloud stroke. After improvement, the security and operational efficiency of the cloud stroke are improved. This paper provides a technical support for further research on stroke cloud platform.
