Design And Implementation Of Inspection Data Exchange System Based On HL7 Standard

The inspection information system LIS is used to apply to the hospital inspection department, realizes the collection inspection information, the information management and the quality control automation laboratory system. And full automatic biochemical equipment has become the main laboratory testing instruments, how to make the data exchange between the LIS system and its better to become a topic in front of us. As the world's most widely used medical information exchange standards- HL7 standard has been recognized by the medical field experts and scholars. Because the HL7 standard in the domestic application also has the difference in the level and the level, carries on the localization transformation to it is not perfect.Many of the existing LIS systems do not have the ability to process and exchange HL7 standard data. How to realize the data exchange of HL7 message based on the data structure of the existing inspection information system is very important. To this end, this paper discusses how to realize the data exchange between the HL7 system and the automatic biochemical pipeline and the LIS system.This paper firstly analyzes the current situation of hospital information system, including the introduction of test information system, the whole automatic biochemistry pipeline flow structure, HL7 standard, and so on. On this basis, establish the interface automatic biochemical pipeline and LIS system HL7 standard data exchange model based on HL7, including the way of data exchange and message control definition, but also to study the analytical / construction HL7 message module function. Based on the above design and research, the LIS system interface program of the whole automatic biochemical pipeline IT3000 was realized.
