| YiQiHuoXueSoup(YQHXS) is an effective prescription in treating deficiency of vital energy and stasis of blood of chronic glomerulonephritis(CGN) which is ivented by Prof. Xu Xilan on the basis of experience for several decades years.To further investigate its clinical curative effects,this dissertation conducts clinical observation.60 patients who are suffering CGN are divided into two sets in random.And 30 examples are treated with YQHXS,while other 30 examples with ShenYanKangFu Tablet(SYKFT) as a control group.And both are ended the therapy after two months as a period of treatment.Then we observe its curative effect,its influencement to Urine protein of 24 hours,Urine red blood cell,blood albumin,blood fat,renal function,blood rheology,blood ET-1.The result is YQHXS can obviously improve clinical symptoms,total efficient rate amount to 90%,supass the control group 70%(P＜0.05);can lower Urine protein of 24 hours and Urine red blood cell;heighten blood albumin;improve blood fat;lower BUN and Scr;improve blood theology;lower blood ET-1,having no obvious vice-reaction.Therefore,YQHXS can obstruct the progression of CGN by strengthening spleen and increasing qi,promoting blood circulation by removing blood stasis.YQHXS can improve clinical symptoms,improve quality of life,defend renal function and postpone the progression of kidney disease.
