Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Chronic Glomerulonephritis Of Yang Deficiency Of Spleen And Kidney With Chinese Medicine And Moxibustion

Purpose: To observe the traditional Chinese medicine decoction with moxibustion therapy spleen kidney Yang deficiency type the clinical curative effect of chronic glomerulonephritis.Material and method: The test conservation were included in 60 patients,were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,every groups have 30 patients.To the conventional western medicine fundamental treatment,it includes the control diet,anti-hypertension and lipid regulation,improve microcirculation,etc.To the control group with Yushenlu intermixture 100 ml to take orally three times a day;Patients in the control group,basic on giving moxibustion therapy(acupoint selection: double Shenshupoints,two pishu points,Guanyuan point,Zusanli point,Sanyinjiao point),three times a week.8 weeks for a period of treatment,observation of 1 procedures.Record the urine protein qualitative for24 hours urinary protein,urine red blood cellco unt and TCM symptom score and related indicators,using Excel software and Spss24.0 data for statistical analysis.Results:1.In general curative effect,for the experimental group,the total effective rate was 80.00%,for the control group,the total effective rate was 63.30%,the experimental group was higher than the control group,but for the contrast,the two groups has no statistical significance(P=0.074).2.In the treatment of urinary protein,the urine protein qualitative and 24 hours urinary protein have significant difference(P<0.01);the experimental group and control group of urine protein qualitative and 24 hours urinary protein have difference(P<0.05);the experimental groups is better than the control group(P=0.017)for urinary protein.3.In the treatment of urinary red blood cells,these two groups,according to the treatment of urinary red blood cell count(high power field of vision)hava significant difference(P < 0.01);but after treatment of urinary red cell array comparative,these two groups have no difference(P=0.181).4.In the treatment of TCM,these two groups,according toreatment of TCM symptom scores have significant difference(P<0.01);Comparing two groups after treatment,experimentalgroup of TCM symptom score is significantly lower than the control group,with a difference(P=0.047).these two groups,according to symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,two groups of patients all symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine has the difference(P<0.01);Contrast two groups after treatment,puffy face and swollen limbs,soreness of waist and knee,and extreme chilliness of experimental group is better than that of control group,with differences(P=0.037,0.038,0.006).Conclusion:1.Traditional Chinese medicine decoction with moxibustion treatment of spleen kidney Yang deficiency type of chronic glomerulonephritis,obtained satisfactory clinical effect,in reducing urinary protein and improving the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms were superior than simple Chinese medicine decoction treatment,but the treatment of hematuresis has not obvious advantage.2.Moxibustion can be used for the auxiliary treatment of spleen kidney Yang deficiency type of chronic glomerulonephritis,to some extent,reducing urinary protein excretion,it can improve TCM symptoms,especially to improve effect of puffy face and swollen limbs,soreness of waist and knee,and extreme chilliness is obvious.
