The questionnaire includes: the basic data of nurses, jobstressor questionnaire,MBI questionnaire and job evaluationquestionnaire. All the data are inputted and analyzed by SPSS 13.0, andthe main analyzing methods are statistical description; u-test; x~2-test;ANOVA; Pearson's correlation; the a equals to 0.05, and the P value isthe probability of two sides. Results 1,The degree of nurse speciality and job, environment andequipment, management and human relation in Hunan is higher than thatin Japan, while the score of time distribution and workload, care for thepatients is lower than that in Japan.2,The degree of EE in Hunan is higher than that in Japan, while the scoreof PA is lower than that in Japan.3,The main influencing factors of nurses' job burnout are differentnursing time and different working sections. In Hunan, the degree ofnurses' burnout with 5-10 year' working perience is the highest, and so is nurses with less than 5year's working perience. In Hunan, the job burnout ofthe 5-10year group is higher than that in Japan, but the less than5year group is on the contrary; the job burnout of nurses in ICU is thehighest in both Hunan and Japan. And the job burnout of nurses inoutpatient, accoucheur and ICU in Hunan are higher than that in Japan, but the job burnout of nurses in the emergency room is on the contrary.4,All the five aspects of the occupational stress are positively correlatedwith the score of EE,DP and PA positively. The bigger the occupationpress is, the higher the job burnout they feel.5,The job is negatively correlated with job stressor and job burnout.Thehigher the self-evaluation of job is, the less job stressor they feel, and sois the job burnout. Conclusion In order to improve the health statue of the nurses toprovide better service, it is suggested that we should promote theirincome and status, cultivate their recognition of collection, deciding andself managing, increase the number of nurses, decrease their workingaffairs, provide good working conditions and living environment, andalso promote the communication with nurses abroad.
