Objective:With the increasing demand for medical staff,the work of nurses has been increasing,such as the extension of working hours,irregular working time,the expansion of working contents and so on.Nursing majored graduates from vocational colleges are in the puberty,and are psychologically immature.Suddenly faced on intensive workload will easily increase the work stress,work tension.If they are in such a condition for a long time,it is easy to cause occupation burnout,which will affect their health.This study is investigated nursing majored graduates from Nanjing Health School by questionnaire survey,to analyse the factors of nurses' occupational stress and evaluate the state of job burnout.Then try to put forward the interventional mechanism of psychological crisis,and provide basis for screening,auxiliary diagnosis,precaution and treatment of job burnout.The final objective of this study is to establish a highly-competent team of treating psychological crisis,improve the standard of students' mental self-care,and reduce their psychological stress.Methods:This paper extracts 617 nursing majored graduates of Nanjing Health School,Which were graduated in 2013,2014 and 2015 and now are working in Level ?,?hospitals of Nanjing.And get 600 valid questionnaires.With the help of the Internet technology,occupation stress questionnaire(OSI)and Maslash Occupation Burnout Questionnaire(MBI),this paper studies the factors of occupation stress,the relationship between stress reaction and occupation burnout.Based on the data of these questionnaires,this study adopts the methods of mean,standard deviation,single factor analysis of variance,partial correlation analysis,multiple linear regression analysis and so on.By the comparative analysis of demographic characteristics(eg:age,gender,professional title,educational level,working unit,etc)in nursing majored graduates' occupational tension and occupational burnout.And find out that occupational stress reactions has a close connection with the factors of occupational stress and personalities,occupation stress can lead to occupational burnout.Results:1.Demographic characteristics(eg:age,gender,professional title,educational level,working unit,etc)have an influence on occupational stress and job burnout of the medical staff:the participation and improvement opportunities of male nurses are less than female nurses(P<0.05),the female nurses are more likely to have the job burnout(P<0.05).The nurses who have graduated from colleges for less than 3 years feel more workload(P<0.05),the nurses who have graduated for 1 year feel the reduction in personal accomplishment(P<0.05).The primary nurses have more workload than the nurses(P<0.05),the primary nurses have more reduction in emotional exhaustion and personal accomplishment than the nurses(P<0.05).The nurses who have passed the self-study undergratuate course have higher scores in job control and workload than the nurses who are from vocational colleges(P<0.05).2.The job prospects of the Level ? hospital are higher than that of the Level ?hospital(P<0.05).3.The occupational stress factors effect on job burnout and its three dimensions:job burnout negatively correlated with work load,responsibility,promoting and participation opportunities(P<0.05),depersonalization positively correlated with job prospects(P<0.05),reduction in personal accomplishment negatively correlated with working conflicts(P<0.05).Conclusion:Occupational stress and job burnout are influenced by demographic characteristics,age,gender,professional title,educational level and working unit are all influenced the occupational stress and job burnout of nursing staff who graduated from vocational colleges.The factors of occupational stress can play a role in stress reactions and exhaustion,and stress reactions is closely related to job burnout.Some occupational stress variables can lead to occupational burnout.
