Investigate Current Situation Of Marriage Quality Of Head Nurses' And Analysis Its Influencing Factors

This study analysises head nurses' marriage quality and influencing factors from their professional characteristic,this study provides the certain evidence basis for nursing management and seeks the reliable way for reducing head nurse's working pressure,enhances head nurse's efficiency,achieve double win for organization goal and individual goal.Objective:To investigate the current situation of marriage quality of head nurses' who are in grade A of first-class in three degrees hospital and analysis its influencing factors.Methods:The study was a cross-sectional study and the way was the Questionnaire Analysis. All of 240 head nurses from grade A of first-class in three degrees hospitals were included in this study.The date was collected with Maslach Job Burnout Questionnaire,Olson's Questionnaire on Marriage Quality and Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS)in ordinary circumstances.The date was analyzed with SPSS version 12.0.Results:1.Job burnout:â‘ The emotional exhaustion and depersonalization of head nurse was lower than norm,and decreased personal accomplishment was higher than norm.â‘¡The head nurses who enjoy nursing management are obviously lower than be not enjoy it in emotional exhaustion and lower than be ambiguity in depersonalization.â‘¢The head nurses who are younger than 30 are higher than others terms in decreased personal accomplishment.2.current situation of marriage quality:The scores of excessive idealization,communication and the equality of role between couple are obviously higher than the norm.The marriage satisfaction,character compatibility,sex life,and the relationship with relatives and friends are obviously lower than norm.The scores of children and marriage factor are lower than norm.3.influencing factors of marriage quality:The subjective support what the head nurses acquire influences the excessive idealization,marriage satisfaction,character compatibility,the ways of solving conflicts,sex life,children and marriage,the relationship with relatives and friends and the equality of role between couple.The objective support influences the arrangements of incomes.The emotional exhaustion influences the arrangements of incomes,sex life, communication and the equality of role between couple.The depersonalization influences character compatibility,the ways of solving conflicts,children and marriage,the relationship with relatives and friends.The decreased personal accomplishment influences the excessive idealization,the arrangements of incomes,communication and the equality of role between couple.The different grade hospital influences the arrangements of incomes.The professional title and work division influence the quality of sex life.Conelution:1.The emotional exhaustion and depersonalization of head nurse are lower than norm,and decreased personal accomplishment is higher than norm.2.Some marriage quality of head nurses are lower than norm and others are higher than norm in grade A of first-class in three degrees hospital of Taiyuan City.3.The marriage quality of head nurses is influenced by the subjective support,the objective support,emotional exhaustion,depersonalization,decreased personal accomplishment,the professional title and work division.
