Non-governmental hospital is the result of Chinese medical treatment system reform and economic system reform. It has very important status and function in our medical treatment & sanitation system. In China, the development of Non-governmental hospital industry did not take a long time. There are several serious problems in incentive mechanism, especially in salary incentive management, which have influence the job satisfaction of doctors and the further development of Non-governmental hospital. Non-governmental hospital pays much more attention to economic salary, which is an incentive mode concerning about short-time effect and overlooking long-time effect. In this circumstance, there is serious problem in job satisfaction of non-governmental doctors.Through investigation to the non-governmental from triangle delta urban, this research preliminary discuss the Chinese non-governmental hospital doctor job satisfaction evaluation system, analyze the job satisfaction influence factors, overall job satisfaction and the dimensionalities of job satisfaction, especially pay attention to the salary incentive mechanism of non-governmental hospital.The conclusions as follows indicate that the overall job satisfaction of non-governmental hospital doctors is relatively low. Salary, learning and training, career development and justice of rules are still considered important factors, while doctors think much of return equity, leader respect, trust and relationship between leaders. Each dimensionality takes on positive correlation with overall job satisfaction. And hospital management, learning & training, justice, welfare and career development have obvious correlation, while job independence, income and human relations have obscure correlation. There is much discrepancy in each dimensionality of job satisfaction of non-governmental doctors. Employees have low satisfaction in career development, hospital civilization, welfare, relationship with leaders and justice. The problem of those five aspects is urgently settled, which should be given more attention, given more resources. Different from the results of previous research, salary issue is not the origin of job non-satisfaction any more or it does not produce incentive effect. So salary should not be strengthened.
