The Experimental Research On Rats With Chronic Ulcerative Colitis Treated By Point-like Injection

Objective To observe curative effect of point-like injection on rats with chronic ulcerative colitis from activity of SOD , content of MDA and pathological morphosis in colon mucosa tissue,then form a convenient and effective therapy to treat chronic ulcerative colitis.Methods ①Set up UC models of SD rats in the methods of Morris,and divided them into blank group, model group , positive control group and point-like injection group at random. ②The rats in positive control group were given SASP through stomach. ③The rats in point-like injection group were given the solution we prepared ourselves through area injection. ④The activity of SOD in the colon mucosa was determined in the way of method of xanthinoxidase.The content of MDA was determined in the way of TAB colorimetry.The datas have been proved statistically. ⑤Chose the colon mucosa which had the most severe inflammation ,then prepared pathological slices.Observed and compared inflamed changes of colon from pathological morphology.Results ①In the point-like injection group,the content of SOD is obviously more and the activity of it is also stronger than in the other groups. ②In the point-like injection group,the content of MDA in the colon mucosa is obviously less than in the other groups. ③In pathologic morphology, the inflammation infiltration is obviously reduced in the point-like injection group.
