Clinical Research On Post-chemotherapy-leukopenia With Spleen-kidney Yang Deficiency In Colorectal Cancer Treated With Point-injection

Objective: To study efficacy on post-chemotherapy-leukopenia with spleen-kidney yang deficiency in colorectal cancer treated with shenfu injection on Zusan Li(ST36).Expore the treatment for post-chemotherapy-leukopenia with spleen-kidney yang deficiency in colorectal cancer by using point-injection,seeing invigorating spleen and kidney as main therapeutic rule.It will provides the new train of thought for chinese and western treatment.Methods : 72 cases of leucopenia after chemotherapy with spleen-kidney yang deficiency in colorectal cancer were divided randomy into two groups named treatment group(Zusan Li was injected 1 ml shenfu injection for once a day)and control group(gived 4 Eleven Shenqi tablets for three times a day).Evaluate the improvement in the symptom of syndrome scores,WBC count and neutrophill count before and after therapy to achieve statistical significance.Results:1.Two groups all can reduce the syndrome scores(P<0.01).Syndrome scores in treatment group was lower than that in control group(P<0.01).2.Efficacy of traditonal chinese medicine symptoms at 4th day in treatment group was better than that in control group(P<0.01).Efficacy of traditonal chinese medicine symptoms at 7th day in treatment group was also better than that in control group(P<0.05).3.Treatments in two groups all can increase the WBC count in serum(P<0.01).WBC count in treatment group is higher than that in control group(P<0.01).4.Treatments in two groups all can increase the neutrophill count in serum(P<0.01).It has no remarkable difference between two groups at 4th day(P>0.05).Neutrophill count in treatment group is higher than that in control group(P<0.05).5.Efficacy in laboratory examination at 4th days in treatment group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).Efficacy in laboratory examination at 7th days in treatment group was better than that in control group(P<0.01)6.Treatments in two groups all can increase the Karnofsky score(P<0.01).Karnofsky score in treatment group was better than that in control group after the treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion:The results show that it is better than the group which is to take eleven ingredients Shenqi tablet by treating with shenfu injection on Zusan Li to treat post-chemotherapy-leukopenia with spleen-kidney yang deficiency in colorectal cancer in some ways,such as the improvement of TCM syndromes,the increase of WBC and neutrophill count and he improvement of Karnofsky score,indicating statistical significant difference.it illustrates that the treatment to use shenfu injection by point-injection can improve clinical symptoms,enhance the quality of life,treat leukopenia effectively and enhancethe the tolerance of chemotherapy.
