Observe The Clinical Comparison Of Beishu Point Acupuncture Point Injection In The Treatment Of Qi Xueliangxu Type Chronic Urticaria

Objective:To observe the curative effect of point injection treatment of qixueliangxu type of chronic urticaria of beishu point, the advantage of this method is compared with ordinary drugs, and proving the provisions for the good effective method for the treatment of qixueliangxu type of chronic urticaria.Methods:60patients included in the standard of patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group (treatment group) oral medications and methods with the treatment group. In the two groups after treatment efficacy compared with significant difference (p<0.05),13cases of treatment group patients healed, the healing rate was43.3%; There are13cases were markedly effective, significant efficiency is43.3%; Valid for3cases, effective rate was10%; Invalid for1, the total effective rate96.67%, the recovery of13cases recurrence in1case, the recurrence rate was7.6%, control group patients healed in5cases, cure rate is16.7%; In16cases had marked effect, show the efficiency of53.3%; Valid for6cases, effective rate was23.3%; Invalid for2cases, total effective rate93.33%,5cases were cured and3cases of recurrence in patients with recurrence rate of60%, control group recurrence rate was significantly higher than that of the treatment group.Conclusion:Drug treatment with acupuncture point injection treatment of qixueliangxu type of chronic urticaria of beihu point curative effect is superior to the pure drug therapy. Acupoint injection with drug therapy of qixueliangxu type of chronic urticaria is easy to operate, easy to accept, good adherence, high healing rate, low relapse rate, is an effective method for clinical treatment of qixueliangxu type of chronic urticaria.
