Clinical Study On Treating Type Ⅱ Anal Fissure With Peroral Chinese Herbs Combined With Operation Of Expanding Anus

Objective: To study the clinical effect of taking Tong Bian Xiao Lie Tang (TBXLT)orally combined with operation of expanding anus in treating typeâ…¡anal fissure.Method:60 cases according with the observation standard were divided randomly into treatment group(30 patients) and control group(30 patients). The former had taken TBXLT orally combined with treatment of expanding anus; the latter was treated with operation of expanding anus. The two groups were both washed by water and then were spread by Ma Yinglong Hemorrhoids Paste. The changes of primary clinical symptoms in all cases were observed and evaluated. Result: The outcome of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05) Commpared with the control group by curve in terms of anal pain score and hemafecia score, the treatment group has a better clinical effect.Two groups had statistically difference in terms of time of healing pain, hemafecia and wound surface treatment (P<0.05). It can not only eliminate such symptoms as pain, hematofecia and constipation, but also promote healing of wound surface.
