Purpose：Discussion of ZhiChuangSan fumigation in II anal fissure anusdilatation after clinical curative effect.Material and method：According to randomized, controlled the scientificresearch of the design principle, random will meet the test standard90casesof anal fissure patients were divided into treatment group and control groupof45cases. The treatment group were treated by expanding anus with ZhiChuangSanlotion fumigation, the control group with the expansion of1-5000potassiumpermanganate fumigation, two groups were in the fumigation and washing aftersmearing Mayinglong hemorrhoids ointment. Comparison of two clinical symptomsdisappear time, wound healing time, cure rate and recurrence rate were analyzed,using statistical software.Results：1. The treatment group and the control group in pain and hemafecialost time and wound healing time were significantly different (P <0.05), thetreatment group was superior to control group.2. The treatment group and the control group in constipation disappearance timeand cure rate were not statistically significant (P>0.05), the treatment groupand the control group showed no significant difference.Conclusion：1.In the treatment of stage II anal fissure, anal dilatation with ZhiChuangSanlotion fumigating than anal dilatation with the potassium permanganatefumigation effect is good, and no adverse reaction.2. ZhiChuangSan lotion can promote blood circulation, promote healing.ZhiChuangSan fumigation can reduce pain, hemafecia disappearance time after anusdilatation, and can promote the healing of anal fissure, and the result is good,is worthy to be popularized.
