Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Anal 's Anal Fissure By Modified Anal Combined With Xiong Zhen

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of expanding anus method combined with taking XiongZhen Chuan for external use in treating type I anal fissure and confirmed that it is an effevtive method for clinical treatment of the disease.Methods:The patients met the inclusion criteria of 60 cases of type I anal fissure who From December 2013 to June 2014 Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine anorectal hospital were randomly divided into treatment group (30 patients) and control group (30 patients).The treatment group accepted expanding anus method combined with taking XiongZhen Chuan for external use,another group accepted aking XiongZhen Chuan for external use.Two groups had been treated two weeks,and both had been taken hip bath erery morning and everning.The changes of primary clinical symptoms in all case were observed and evaluated. We had recorded the degree of pain and hemafecia before the treatment,and 1,3,5,7 days after treatment.And two group had statistically difference in terms of time of healing pain,hemafecia and wound surface. Then analyze the resulted data.Results:Through statistical analysis, comparing the age, gender,and course of the disease of the two groups of patients had no significant difference (P>0.05). One day after the two groups of patients in the treatment of pain and hemafecia score had no significant difference (P>0.05).To compare the data about the anal pain on 3,5,7 days after treatment,and hemafecia on 3,5 days after treatment,and the time of healing pain,hemafecia and wound surface,the results showed that clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Two groups of patients during treatment adverse reaction was not found.Conclusion:Expand anus method combined with taking XiongZhen Chuan for external is significantly effective to treat type I anal fissure.It can not only eliminate such symptom as pain,hematofecia,but also promote healing of wound surface, Curative effect was exact,and did not prone to adverse reactions.It’s clinically effective method for the treatment of type I anal fissure.
