Clinical Study On Treating Type Ⅱ Anal Fissure With Taking Jiu Hua Gao For External Use Combined With Operation Of Expanding Anus

Objective: To study the clinical effect of taking Jiu Hua Gao(JHG)for external use combined with operation of expanding anus in treating type II anal fissure. Method: 60 cases according with the observation standard were divided randomly into treatment group(30 patients) and control group(30 patients). The former had taken JHG for external use combined with treatment of expanding anus; the latter had only taken JHG for external use,patients stopped taking JHG for external use after two weeks. The two groups were both take hip bath every morning and evening,patients stopped treatment after 30 days. The changes of primary clinical symptoms in all cases were observed and evaluated after 30 days. Result: The outcome of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05) Commpared with the control group by curve in terms of anal pain score, hemafecia score and constipated score, the treatment group has a better clinical effect. Two groups had statistically difference in terms of time of healing pain, hemafecia and wound surface treatment (P<0.05).Conclusions: TakingJHG for external use combined with operation of expanding anus is significantly effective to treat type II anal fissure. It can not only eliminate such symptoms as pain, hematofecia and constipation, but also promote healing of wound surface.
