PURPOSE: To seek the best therapy for chronic anal fissure, provideoperation with certain effect, tiny side reaction, short course of treatment,easy to generalization for clinical.METHODS: Divided 80 chronic anal fissure patients into two groups atrandom, control group (40 patients) adopted routine longitudinally cuttransverse suture operation; treat group (40 patients) adopted upgradedlongitudinally cut transverse suture operation. Observed and analyzedtherapeutic effect, henosis time and postoperative complications between2 groups.RESULTS: There was no significant difference between experimentgroup and control group in the diameter of the anal canal (P>0. 05) ; Theincidence of the postoperative complication in the experimentgroup was lomer than in the control groupcourse of treatment, nutpain rate P<0. 05, nut edemat rate P<0. 05, nut infection rate P<0. 05,pururia rate P>0.05. To random visile 65 patients for 6months,there was no recurrence.Conclusion: This improved produre can reduce the postoperationcomplication,contact the wound-healing time;It is simple ,effect,easy toclinicalization.
