Clinical Observation Of Hip Bathing With Zhi Tong Ru Shen Tang Combined With Xiong Zhen Ointment On Treatment Of I Anal Fissure

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of hip bathing with Zhi Tong Ru Shen Tang combined with Xiong Zhen ointment on treatment of I anal fissure,and to evaluate the curative effect of this method on relieving pain,reducing bleeding and promoting the healing of stage I anal fissure.Methods:The patients met the inclusion criteria of 60 cases of type I anal fissure who from the Affiliated Hospital of Sichuan hospital of traditional Chinese medicinein between March 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into treatment group(30 patients)and control group(30 patients).All patients gave the first fumigation treatment dressing on the first day after clinic.The treatment group fumigated with Zhi Tong Ru Shen Tang combined with Xiong Zhen ointment,The control group fumigated with potassium permanganate combined with Xiong Zhen ointment,and The two groups of patients were fumigated once every morning and night until heal.The changes of primary clinic symptoms in all case were observed and evaluated.Observe and record the degree of pain and then empress time needed for pain relief on the 3rd,7th and 11 th day after treatment and before the treatment and we had recorded the degree of hematochezia on the 3rd,7th and 11 th day after treatment and before treatment and two groups had statistically difference in terms of time of healing pain,then empress time needed for pain relief,hematochezia and wound surface.Then analyze the resulted data and get the final conclusion.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86%,the total effective rate of the control group was 43%.Though statistics,the total effective of two groups were distinct difference(P <0.05).The treatment group were much better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Zhi Tong Ru Shen Tang combined with Xiong Zhen ointment for stage I treatment of anal fissure,mainly in pain,wound repair,bleeding,etc.,can accelerate wound healing,shorten the treatment time,greater ease patients' pain,simple and convenient,excellent curative effect,safe and reliable,and can be promoted in the clinical treatment of anal fissure,the benefit of the group suffered from stage I anal fissure pain.
