Clinical Research Of Location Expanding Excision Treatment In Chronic Anal Fissure

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of location expanding excision in treating the patients with chronic anal fissure. Methods: 50 patients whose diseases were diagnosed as chronic anal fissure were involved in this study. Treatment group including 26 patients who were cured with location expanding anal fissure resection; Control group including 24 patients who were treated with traditional anal fissure excision .Then we compared their therapeutic efficacy; Result: There is no difference between the two group in cure rate and recur rate .While, this treatment has many advantages than traditional therapy in other ways. The new technology has a neat cut margin and retains dentate line .Its has lower ache degree , shorter healing time, fewer complications and almost does not affect anal contraction function. Conclusion: It is a good choice to treat chronic anal fissure with location expanding excision.
