Recruitment which is the important part of the human resources management project is being given more and more attention.The first, the theory of recruitment are introduced, including the concept, the research status at home and abroad, the reason of the birth and the principles of recruitment, and also analyses the inner and outer factors of the organization affecting recruitment, preparation and implementation and evaluation procedure of recruitment, the used examination and non-examination way of recruitment, the choice of the channel of the recruitment and so on.Secondly, based on the development status in the medical treatment industry in china and the opportunity and challenge caused by medical system reform, the related problems existing in the human resources management are analyzed, especially recruitment of the medical treatment industry in china.Lastly, taking the Hospital A as the research object, which is a private undertaking and is making the recruitment be the daily business, and combining the common theory of the recruitment with the material facts of the Hospital A, the recruitment stratagem of the Hospital A are researched based on the present status of the recruitment of the Hospital A and some opinions and suggestions on the preparation and implementation and evaluation procedure of recruitment for Hospital A are presented.The opinions and suggestions presented by this paper for the Hospital A is also applied to the other recruitment activities of hospital similar to the Hospital A to a certain extent.
