With the enhancement of enterprises’ awareness of human resources management,recruitment,as an important part of human resources management,has attracted more and more attention from enterprises.Building a recruitment system suitable for enterprise development can enhance the competitiveness of enterprise talents and is of great significance to enterprise recruitment in the period of development.M Hospital is a Sino-foreign joint venture private hospital in the period of development.In the development of recent years,due to the insufficient number of hospital personnel,low personnel quality and recruitment difficulties,the operation and development of M hospitals is affected,and the key to solve these problems lies in the optimization,rationality and efficiency according to the actual development needs of M hospitals.The recruitment system can meet the hospital’s demand for talents,improve the competitiveness of talents,change the difficulty of recruiting talents and other problems through the optimized recruitment system,so as to promote the rapid development of hospitals.First of all,the research objectives are determined and the general theory of recruitment is expounded through the method of literature research.The current research situation of the recruitment system at home and abroad is reviewed,and the research content and method are determined,laying a theoretical foundation for the optimization of the recruitment system of M hospital.Secondly,the current situation and recruitment system of M hospitals are introduced,and a questionnaire is conducted on all employees of M hospitals.According to the results of the investigation,the problems existing in the recruitment system of M hospitals are analyzed,and the necessity of optimizing the recruitment system of M hospitals is put forward.Thirdly,based on the principle of job matching,closely following the hospital development strategy,based on the time series,the initial recruitment process is determined,and the recruitment system is optimized through the standardization of the recruitment process,the broadening of recruitment channels,scientific selection of talents and other links.Finally,this paper puts forward the implementation guarantee of the M hospital employee recruitment optimization system,including the transformation from personnel management to human resources management,and the establishment of strategic talent management concepts.
