Recruitment in the enterprise or the organization’s human resources management is of vital importance to the enterprise’s development in the future, play a very important role of the privatisation of medical institutions and market oriented, personnel recruitment of modern medical institutions as important to the actual situation of according to the hospital, to the hospital the current recruitment for diagnosis and analysis, and put forward solutions, is very having research value. This paper briefly describes background research purpose and meaning, and the research content and methods this paper firstly. Then, from the study of the theory of the staff recruitment, explores the meaning of recruitment recruitment the general flow of recruitment program and influence factors of recruitment; and S city central hospital of Sichuan province (simplified:S city central hospital) in the basic situation of internal and external environment were briefly reviewed in this paper, the hospital human resources recruitment analysis of the current situation, and find out the recruitment of the existence of the many problems and analyzes the reasons contributing to these problems; Finally, established specific solutions for the hospital to resolve recruiting problems and insufficiency, and improve the hospital talent shortage circumstances, has some of the scientific、practical effective function.This paper studies the reality of from the hospital, the corresponding information collection and sorting, combined with the author in MBA study period of the study of human resource management、strategic management、and related theory of the knowledge of the subjects, with qualitative and quantitative analysis method, analysis the S city central hospital recruitment situation, fond out the hospital in recruitment problems and the root of the hospital actual situation proposed recruitment, then improved countermeasures and Suggestions to improve the problems of the hospital for talents shortage, improved the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment, to realize human resource strategy for S city central hospital, and implement of hospital development strategy better.
