| Objective:Observe BaZhen soup subtraction in colon cancer patients with postoperative qi and blood type of adjuvant chemotherapy,attenuated.Methods:55 colon cancer patients were divided randomly into two groups, they are Treatment group(Chemotherapy plus traditional Chinese medicine)and Comparison group (Chemotherapy only)respectively.Patients in the Treatment group were given Chemotherapy medicine 1/day, Fried 2 times/agent, Fried take 200ml, blending into 2 bags, 100ml/bag, vacuum plastic packaging preservation, in the morning and taking a bag, provided by the second people’s hospital affiliated to fujian university of traditional Chinese medicine TCM pharmacy and preparation, the two groups were observed two cycle (28 days). Two week as one cycle, each case was drew blood to check T lymphocyte subgroup and the NK cell with flow cytometry before treating and after treating for a cycle. Appraising curative effect when the experiment finished with drug adverse reaction, deficiency of vital energy symptom, KPS grade and immunoindex.Results: ①Compared two groups,the treatment group in white blood cells decline,nausea, vomiting,diarrhoea,significantly lower than the pure chemotherapy group,by statistical analysis.②Before the treatment, there is no significant difference between two groups in scores of deficiency of vital energy symptom. After the treatment,the score of Treatment group was lower obviously(P＜0.05),but the score of Comparison group was higher than before with statistics difference.(P<0.05);③Treatment group in KPS score compared with before,there are differences(P<0.05),while control group is slightly lower, but no difference(P>0.05), after treatment group of KPS score comparison between the treatment group than the control group, there are differences(P<0.01);④There was a significant enhancement of NK cell activity and ratio of CD4+/CD8+in Treatment group(P<0.05). While the result decreased a little in the Comparison group,but it had not statistically signigicant(P>0.05).Compared the indexes of two groups after treating,both had difference(P<0.05).⑤IgM and IgG signifieantly increased intreatment group(P<0.01);and had no significant change in the control group(P>0.05);but there is signifieant difference in both groups after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the therapy of colon cancer,Chemotherapy plus BaZhen Tang TCM could enhance the curative effect in the near future,reducing the poisonous side effect,meliorate deficiency of vital energy symptom effectively,improve the quality of life,improve the immune state and increase survival time of patient.0ur conclusion was Chemotherapy plus BaZhen Tang TCM had synergy as well as attenuation. |
