The Clinic Research Of Treatment Of Liver Function Damage After Trauma Using Huoxueqingganyin Decoction

Objective: According to closely clinic observation of patients, whose hepatic function damaged after trauma to analyze Syndrome Differentiation with TCM theory. To summary the curative effect of self-drafted prescription Huoxueqinganyin Decoction, drunk by those patients their Syndrome Differentiation is Blood Circulation and Liver Depression. Compare traditional Chinese medicine to western medicine these two kinds of different cure methods in the clinic curative effect. To further understand the mechanism and clinic appearance of hepatic damage caused by multi-trauma, and to promote the development of the integrity of TCM and western medicine these two kinds of different cure methods in emergency traumatology.Method: Adopt the random single blind prospective method in clinic research. Choose sixty inpatients who correspond to the take in requisition in the period from Jan. 2003 to Mar. 2005 then randomly divide into two groups one is given integrity of TCM and western medicine care and another is western care and each group including thirty patients. All two groups were given western medicine Glucurolactone and Bifendate taking orally to protect liver and patients who are in a bad way were given routine salvage and correlation cure. Huoxueqingganyin Decoction is added to TCM group taking orally. The serum transaminase of all patients was checked at the third, fifth and seventh day before and after cure to reflect the degree of the liver's lesion. Compare the latter numerical value with the anterior ones and use SPSS 10.0 software package to carry through X2 test, analysis of variance and paired t-test for dependent samples.Result: There are no significant statistics differences at age, gender, and trauma exponent between two groups. There is increase or decrease in liver function index such as ALT, AST and ALB in both groups of trauma patients and it is accord with the clinic diagnose criterion of liver function lesion. There is no statistics significance of the data difference between them and all cases accord with the TCM diagnose criterion of Blood Circulation and liver Depression.
