Clinical Research On The Effect Of Contralateral Puncture Treating Migraine Headache

To probe into if the effect of Contralateral Puncture on treating migraine is different from the regular acupuncture,60 patients were divide into two groups randomly. Then give different treatment, observe the degree,the frequency,the duration of migraine.The result showed:1.Both contralateral puncture and the regular acupuncture can release headache,decrease the number of attacks of magraine effectively, and the contralateral puncture have the better effect than the regular acupuncture (p<0.05).2. Both contralateral puncture and the regular acupuncture can shorten the duration of magraine attacks effectively,there is no significance between them(p>0.05).3.The ratio of curative effect in the group of contralateral puncture is higher than the comparison,but there is no significance(p>0.05).Conclusions:Contralateral puncture is an effective method on treating migraine. It deserve spread.
