| Objectives The purpose of this study is to investigate the immediate and short-term therapeutic effect of "temporal three acupuncture" combined with related acupoints in the treatment of migraine acute attack,to clarify the clinical significance of the combination of the two therapies to treat migraine,to provide new ideas and methods for the prevention and treatment of this disease,and to provide scientific theoretical basis for this therapy.Methods 80 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of treatment: treatment group(temporal three-needle plus acupuncture collaterals and bloodletting group)and control group(routine acupuncture group),each group contains 40 cases.Among them,the treatment group take Three Temporal Acupuncture flat method,the needle depth is 0.8-1 inch: hysteresis needle technique for continuous unidirectional twisting(3 to 4 weeks),can also be used for rapid twisting method,make patient temporal visible hemp,the whole heaviness advisable the remaining two group of shaoyang meridians alternating row triangular collaterals acupuncture bloodletting therapy,acupuncture in the left thumb press on the lower end of the needle position,local skin which can be completely exposed,determine the location of acupoints,with his right hand holding explained triangular needle rapidly into the subcutaneous 2-3 mm,then immediately return the needle,line surrounding the extrusion processing to the skin with the hand,make a small amount of blood to flow naturally.The control group received routine acupuncture therapy.The patients in both groups were treated once every other day,5 times a course of treatment,and the total course of treatment was 2.All treatment to be completed,by analyzing and comparing the headache symptom score,VAS score and transcranial Doppler ultrasound before and after treatment of each group of patients to detect the changes of cerebral artery hemodynamics,statistics the clinical efficiency of the two groups of treatment methods,and evaluate the final clinical efficacy.Results General data of sex,age and course of disease before treatment were compared by chi-square test and t test.Two groups of patients after the first treatment of half an hour after the headache VAS score significantly decreased,and compared with the results of untreated P<0.01,show a significant difference;by comparing the two groups of subjects after the first treatment of 30 minutes of the efficacy score,we can find that compared with the control group,the treatment group showed anadvantage,and P<0.01,is a significant difference in the treatment group compared with the control group,which suggests that the treatment group is better than the control group in improving the symptoms of migraine;the overall efficacy of the two groups was significantly different after the end of the course of treatment(P<0.01).The overall efficacy of the treatment group was better than the control group;transcranial doppler ultrasound(TCD)was used to detect the average blood flow velocity in the brain.The difference between the two groups before and after treatment was significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Temporal tri-needle combined with pricking collaterals and blood stasis migraine has a good immediate analgesic effect,can effectively improve the blood supply to the brain,the effect is positive,no adverse reactions,clinical research value is high and worthy of further promotion.Figure 0;Table 9;Reference 106... |
