Clinical Curative Effect Observation On The Treatment Of Stiff Neck With Contralateral Insertion On Zhiyin And Jinmen Points

Objective: Mainly take the patients with stiff neck as the observation object,give the treatment of contralateral acpuncture Zhiyin and Jinmen points,and compare it with the conventional acupuncture therapy,to evaluate its clincal safety and effectiveness objectively.Methods: In this study,72 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,36 patients in the treatment group were treated with contralateral acpuncture Zhiyin,Jinmen point method was used for treatment,and 36 patients in the control group were treated with conventional acupuncture.1 time a day,3 days as a course of treatment.After a course of treatment,the two groups were evaluated(by NPQ、VAS and CVM)for efficacy and statistical analysis(the treatment should be ceased when the course of treatment finished but the patients cured.Then evaluate efficacy and record days of treatment).Results: There was no diffenerce between the two groups of patients in terms of age,gender and pre-treatment scores after statistical analysis(P>0.05),and they were comparable.After treatment,the NPQ score,VAS score and CVM score of the two groups of patients decreased significantly,and the difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were also statistical differences between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 94.12%;the total clinical effective rate of the control group was81.25%.The total effective rate of the two groups was tested by rank sum,and onset time of the two groups were statistically different by chi-square test(P<0.05).Conclusion: Both treatment methods have denfinte curative effects on stiff neck,the treatment group has better curative effect,and contralateral acpuncture method is better than conventional acupuncture method in alleviating pain,improving neck mobility and onset time.indicating that contralateral acpuncture method can be effective.It can effectively alleviate the symptoms of patients and shorten the course of treatment.It is worthy of promotion.
