In order to find out the economical and efficient, as well as safe and convenient, disinfecting drugs and methods which are applicalbe to the main spots and equipments of Abortoators, and to provide a theoretical basis for meat production, a test on several disinfectants were carried out in the slaughter house in LiangZhou area, Wuwei city, Gansu province. Different disinfectants and methods were put to use for appliances, workshops and live-stock sheds accordaning to various spots and different contamination degrees. After the disinfections, bacteria mumbers were examined, killing rates were calculated, efficiency compared, and costs counted, then out come the most economical and efficent disinfectants.The result showing: (1)the bacteria killing rate of 0.3% peracetic acid , 24mg/L TC-101 and 0.5% neogeramine in disinfection of appliance were 93.77%, 90.62% and 87.41% respectively, and the proportion of their cost were 1456:1:37, so 24mg/L TC-101 was more efficient and economical in appliance disinfection; (2)the bacteria killing rate of 3% NaOH, 15% bleaching powder and 0.3% peracetic acid in disinfection of slaughtering workshop were 94.13%, 89.63% and 92.25%, and the proportion of their cost was 1:56:18, so 3% NaOH was more efficient and economical in the given disinfection; (3)the bacteria killing rate of 0.1% potassium permanganate, 1% NaOH, 40% formaldehyde and 5% lysol in disinfection of live-stock shed were 86.62%, 85.72%,83.17% and 86.16%, and the proportion of their cost was 1:24:1:83, so 1% NaOH was more efficient and economical in disinfection of it and 0.1% potassium permanganate was inferior to it. |
