The disinfection of transport vehicles is an important part of the prevention and control of the spread of animal epidemics.However,there are many types of disinfectants used for transport vehicles.The disinfection effects of almost all disinfectants were significantly reduced or even ineffective when the ambient temperature decreases.The purpose of this study is to select a combination of disinfectants that is economical and can adapt to low temperature conditions,while killing bacterial propagules and bacterial spores simultaneously,thus providing a scientific basis for vehicle disinfection under low temperature conditions in northern China’s highway portsIn this study,orthogonal test design was adopted to analyze the influence of the disinfectant component include the different concentrations of glutaraldehyde,deciquam,deicer and disinfection time on the sterilizing rate of indicator bacteria(E.colit Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus cereus)according to orthogonal table L9(34).On the basis of the best scheme of disinfection under different low temperature environments selected in the laboratory,simulated field disinfection test was carried out to evaluate and screen out the best disinfectant formula.The results show that at 0℃ and-20℃ the best combination of glutaraldehyde’s disinfectant formula to kill pathogenic bacteria is:the concentration of glutaraldehyde is 0.03%,the concentration of deciquam is 0.003%,the concentration of ethanol is 45%,and the disinfectant time for 30min;under-36℃ the best combination of glutaraldehyde’s disinfectant formula to kill pathogenic bacteria is:the concentration of glutaraldehyde is 0.003%,the concentration of deciquam is 0.03%,the concentration of glycol is 45%,and the disinfectant time for 60min.Under 0℃ and-20℃ the best combination of glutaraldehyde’s disinfectant formula to kill bacteria spore body is:the concentration of glutaraldehyde is 1.2%,the concentration of deciquam is 1.4%,the concentration of ethanol is 37%,and the disinfectant time for 30 min;under-36℃ the best combination of glutaraldehyde’s disinfectant formula to kill bacteria spore body is:the concentration of glutaraldehyde is 1.2%,the concentration of deciquam is 1.4%,the concentration of glycol is 30%,and the disinfectant time for 30min.Inactivation rates to NDV virus of best disinfectant formulas A3B1C3D2,A1B3C3D3 and AB2C2D2 are verified,all of which are up to 100%.After the disinfectant test of field,the sterilizing rates of the selected optimal components for vehicles are over 99.9%,it meets the relevant standards of the ministry of agriculture.The combination which has the highest concentration,A1B2C2D2(the concentration of glutaraldehyde is 1.2%,the concentration of deciquam is 1.4%,the concentration of ethanol is 37%,and the disinfectant time is 30min)basically has no corrosivity on copper sheet,aluminum sheet and stainless steel sheet,and mild corrosivity on carbon steel sheet.The experiment results show that A3B1C3D2,A1B3C3D3 and A1B2C2D2,which are selected as the best disinfectant formula.They have stable sterilizing effect under the low temperature,and low metal corrosivity,as a disinfectant in low temperature can be used to 0℃,-20℃and-36℃,under the condition of low temperature for the disinfectant field of vehicle.
