As people's living standards improve, food security is increasingly concerned by society.Highly toxic, excessive use of high toxic pesticide residues in vegetables is objective reasons that caused excessive poisoning, and at present the detergent itself is chemicals, and there is certain harm to human health, therefore, there are lots of important practical significance to Research a non-toxic natural purifying agent.In order to develop low-cost, non-toxic, high-efficient pesticide residues in vegetables, I study of the scallop shell composition changes before and after burning, determine the concentration washing time and the effect of temperature on the removal of natural purifying agent, and compared the effects of wash by salt water and distilled water. Currently, the use of scallop shell burning natural purifying agent prepared to remove pesticide residues in vegetables at home and abroad have not been reported.In this paper, I use alkaline hydrolysis-potassium permanganate method to detect organ phosphorus pesticides rapidly,methane and others organ phosphorus pesticides could hydrolyzed by metal ions and generate metal ion salts and alcohols phenols, it could occur redox reactions with potassium permanganate, generate the green MnO42-.Using the spectrophotometer to determine and define a series optimum conditions about the experiments, and define the best purifying agent to remove the natural concentration is 5%. In the experiment, natural purifying agent were also compared the removal effect with distilled water, salt water, these two traditional household detergent, the results show that the natural purifying agent can achieve better removal at room temperature and shorter time. Natural purifying agent with non-toxic, high efficiency and low cost characteristics,not only dealing with the scallop shell and other solid waste, but does not harm to human health.SEM analysis showed that the scallop shell's surface morphology changed after burning, and the arrangement is more regular. EDS analysis showed that the main fan shells containing Ca, O, C of three elements, and also contains a trace amount of Na, Al, Cl and other elements, these prove that the main component of scallop shell is CaCO3; IR spectrum analysis shows that there is a significant CaCO3 characteristic absorption peak before burning, and after burning the characteristic absorption peak disappears, generating a triple degenerate oxide CaO which has a infrared active vibration peaks.
