Detection Of Pesticide Residues And Human Health Risk Assessment Of Four Common Vegetables In Sichuan Province

In recent years,with the increasing attention to food safety,the detection of pesticide residues in food is particularly important.Pesticides are persistent and highly stable in the environment,and some pesticide residues may accumulate in food.Therefore,human health risk assessment of pesticide residues has an important reference role for diet.Common in recent years about the sichuan province of pesticide residues in vegetables detect rarely make the news investigation and analysis of health assessment,therefore,this topic according to the ministry of commerce of the People's Republic of China issued in 2013 the SB/T10029-2012 fresh vegetables and code classification,16 cities or regions in sichuan province,with four common vegetables(leek,Chinese cabbage,tomato,celery)as the test object.The samples were pretreated with QuECHERs technology,and nearly 10 pesticide residues and other indicators were analyzed and detected by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS)or liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS).The relevant human health risk assessment was conducted based on the detection results.The main results are as follows:Sampling sites are distributed as:jinniu district,shuangliu district,chongzhou city,ganluo county,jintang county,jinyang county,jiuzhaigou county,luzhou city,mao county,muli Tibetan autonomous county,nanchong jialing district,ningnan county,qionglai city,xichong county,xinjin county and zitong county.The number of samples collected per sample is more than 200,and the main collection sites are the major supermarket chains in the city.(1)Eight kinds of pesticides were selected and tested in leeks:budweiser,chlorpyrifos,chlorpyrifos,cypermethrin,methamidophos,methamidophos and humulin.The linear correlation coefficient of R2 0.99 is well within the range of a certain concentration.Among the 8 kinds of pesticides tested,3 kinds of pesticides were not detected:budweiser,dimethoate,dimethophosphate,and the other 5 kinds of pesticides were all detected in leeks.8 kinds of pesticide that check out,among them 3 kinds exceed bid,they are respectively:much bacterium spirit,poison chlorpyrifos,bezole.The excess rate of humus was 1.6%.The target risk coefficient(THQ)is all less than 1,which will not cause potential harm to human health.The compound pollution coefficient(HI)is less than 1,which will not affect human health.(2)Ten kinds of pesticides were selected and tested in Chinese cabbage:methyl-isoprophos,flurofenitrile,avermectin,dimethoate,methamidophos,methyl-parathion,chlorpyrifos,chlorpyrifos,chlorpyrifos,chlorpyrifos,chlorpyrifos.Three of the 10 pesticides tested were chlorpyrifos,chlordimeform and cypermethrin.Only three kinds of pesticide were found to exceed the standard,and the exceeding rate was 1.59%.THQ and HI of these three pesticides are all less than 1,which will not cause potential harm to human health.(3)The 8 pesticides detected in tomato were:polyfungicide,humulin,cypermethrin,cyhalothrin,chlorpyrifos,chlorpyrifos,methamidophos,avermectin.Among them,5 species were detected,which were respectively doxorubicin,cyhalothrin,humulin,avermectin and avermectin.None of the five pesticides tested exceeded the standard.Cypermethrin had the highest THQ value.Max HI value of these 5 pesticides = 0.051<1,indicating that multiple pesticide residues will not cause harm to human health.(4)The 9 pesticides detected in celery were cyhalothrin,cyhalothrin,avermectin,budweiser,dimethoate,dichlorvos,chlorpyrifos and trimethophane.Five kinds of pesticides were detected,respectively chlorpyrifos,trimethophane,cyhalothrin,cyhalothrin and budweiser.Only chlorpyrifos was found to exceed the standard,and the exceeding rate was 3.6%.The THQ value of cypermethrin was the highest among the five pesticides detected,but the maximum THQ value was also less than 1,indicating no significant health risk.The Max HI value of these 5 pesticides is 0.623<1,indicating that multiple pesticide residues combined pollution will not cause harm to human health.
