Study On Pesticide Residues Of Vegetables And Control Measures In Yiyang City

This thesis analyzes the current situation and economic position of China vegetable industry, and also makes a survey about the current situation of the vegetable quality and the security administration in Yi Yang City. Yi Yang City has formed a system of vegetable quality and security administration based on these bureaus such as Agriculture Bureau, Vegetable Bureau, Agricultural Products Quality Inspection Station, Commerce, Quality Administration, Bureau of Agriculture and Commerce, Food and Drug Administration and so on, which has played an important role in improving the quality security of vegetable. The pesticide residue rate in2010has declined by0.63%comparing to2008.After analyzing the pesticide residue rate of the various types and samples of vegetable in different period, different production places, the result is that the pesticide residue positive rate is highest in June, July and August, while lowest in December. The rate of vegetable in An Hua and Nan Xian is the lower, and the rate of vegetable in production base is lower than the vegetable in the normal field, the rate of vegetable in the city is lower than other places. Among the samples of5different vegetable types, the rate of tubers is the highest, and the rate of leave vegetables is the second highest, and bean vegetables are the lowest. Among18vegetables, the rate of celery is the highest, and the sweet broad pea is the lowest.To ensure the quality security, many problems still exit in terms of vegetable production and vegetable circulation in Yi Yang City.1) the pesticide residue rate is still high during the peak season of vegetable production and the time when the vegetable insects are most rampant;2) the phenomena about the abuse of illicit pesticide, unreasonable use of pesticide still exist;3) the phenomena about the use of some illicit addictives to keep fresh when storing and transporting the vegetables also exist;4)the Detection system of vegetable pesticide residue is not complete;5) there is still lack of the inspectors, inspection facility and inspection funds.To strengthen the vegetable security of our city, some reasonable suggestions are proposed in this thesis to guarantee the vegetable security.
