With the improvement of people's healthy eating concepts, green leafy vegetables are taking up more and more people's three meals a day.Green leafy vegetables have a short growth cycle, but diseases and insect pests are accompanied by their entire growth cycle.Excessive, frequent, and unreasonable use of pesticides causes excessive pesticide residues on green leaves.People who consume foods with excessive pesticide residues for a long period of time can cause huge health risks. Therefore,it is very urgent and important to establish a rapid, simple and accurate method for detecting pesticide residues on green leafy vegetables. At the same time,it evaluates the effect of several commonly used household washing methods on the removal of pesticide residues in green leafy vegetables, and provides data support for the family to eat green leafy vegetables daily. This article uses the four most commonly consumed green leafy vegetables?lettuce, romaine lettuce,Cantonese cabbage, and pakchoi?as research materials.Through inspection of a large amount of literature, the two types of pesticides with the highest detection rates are:Organophosphorus pesticides(chlorpyrifos,A Chlorpyrifos, dichlorvos, omethoate, dimethoate, malathion, phorate, chlorphosulfuron, methotrexate, and pyrethroid pesticides?cyhalothrin, fenvalerate, chlormethrin?Ester and bifenthrin were used as research objects to establish a method for rapid determination of nine organophosphorus pesticides in green leafy vegetables by gas chromatography flame photometric detector?FPD?analysis and four pyrethroids on green leafy vegetables.Method for the detection of ester pesticides by gas chromatography electron capture detector?ECD?.Various factors affecting the extraction efficiency were systematically studied:the type of extraction solvent, the amount of extractant, the time of ultrasonic extraction, and the purification method?type and amount of decontamination agent?.Through continuous optimization of various factors, the ideal was achieved.Recovery conditions are optimized. The final determination of the extraction agent is acetonitrile,10g sample acetonitrile dosage of 20mL,ultrasonic extraction 30min.The scavenger used PSA 100 mg,C18 100 mg,and graphitized carbon black?GCB?30 mg.Use matrix-matched standard solutions instead of solvent standard solutions to compensate for the effects of different matrix effects. At the same time, the accuracy and reproducibility of the method were verified.Under the optimal treatment conditions,9 organophosphorus pesticides were used in 0.01 to 5 mg/L of four green leafy vegetables?lettuce, romaine lettuce, pakchoi, and Guangdong cabbage?.Within the range, there was a good linear relationship, linear correlation coefficient was greater than 0.9942 in lettuce substrate, romaine lettuce was greater than 0.9943,pakchoi was greater than 0.9935,and Cantonese cabbage was greater than 0.9956,4 kinds of pyrethroid pesticides were in the range of 0.01-5 mg/L.There was a good linear relationship among the four green leafy vegetable substrates. The linear correlation coefficient was greater than 0.9956 on lettuce,0.9976 on romaine lettuce,0.9968on pakchoi, and more than 0.9979 on Cantonese cabbage.Nine kinds of organophosphorus pesticides and four pyrethroid pesticides were removed from four green leafy vegetables?lettuce, romaine lettuce,Cantonese cabbage, and pakchoi? The results showed that tap water treatment, tap water added salt, vinegar, and wash The detergent-soaked green leafy vegetables had no significant effect on removal of nine organic phosphorus and four pyrethroids.Increasing the water temperature has a better removal effect on organophosphorus pesticide residues. The higher the water temperature, the better the removal effect.Adding baking soda to tap water has a significant removal effect on organophosphorus and pyrethroids, and a 10%baking soda effect is better than 5%baking soda.Japanese Shell Washing Powder and Jiaan Fruit and Vegetable Pure Net Natural Shell Powder Two kinds of vegetable powders with calcium oxide as the main raw material have a very good removal effect on organic phosphorus and pyrethroid pesticide residues.Anzeel Detergent has the best removal of malathion?up to 70%removal rate?,and the removal rate of dichlorvos, omethoate and dimethoate can reach more than 40%.Frosch fruit and vegetable cleaning agent The removal rate of several organic phosphorus can reach more than 30%,but the overall removal effect is not as good as the full-speed lotion.Pyrethroid is not stable in alkaline environment, then the Japanese shellfish powder with calcium oxide as the main component and the natural fruit shell powder with Jiaan Fruit and Fruit have obvious removal effects. The removal rate of four pyrethroids is all 60%the above.Anzeel Detergent can achieve more than 40%removal rate of four pyrethroids. The removal efficiency of bifenthrin was better with the full-rate lotion of Biazyme, which was over 50%.The removal rate of other three pyrethroids was over 30%.The frosch fruit and vegetable cleaning agent also has obvious effect of removing pyrethroid pesticide residues. The removal rate of the four pyrethroids can reach more than 40%,but the overall removal effect is not as good as that of the two shell powders. No pesticide products have been found that can remove all kinds of pesticide residues. Moreover, the losses caused by these products to the nutritional value of fruits and vegetables should not be ignored, and the problems that may cause secondary pollution should also be taken seriously.
