Research On The Present Situation And Development Countermeasure Of Medical Agency

Hospital preparations of Chinese medicines are usually made at the hospital’s labs in response to the clinical demand. They can only be used within the hospital and not to be sold in the market. It is unique to China, and is a major feature of hospital pharmacy in China. It played an important role in the past. But with the development of the environment, the development of hospital preparations is facing more and more difficulties. In this paper, the researcher first introduced the research background, purpose and significance, as well as method and technical route. Secondly, the researcher consult massive literature, then summary the history of preparation, the necessity and the current problems of preparation. Thirdly, as an example, the researcher introduces the history and general situation of Qingdao preparation. And through questionnaires,understand different people’s cognition about the status quo, development, the impact and effects of preparation. Then, the researcher analysis of the differences about cognition of preparation in different ages, different positions, different gender and different titles by using K–W test. Finally, the researcher analyzed internal and external environment of preparation, as well as its strengths, weaknesses, opportunity and threat by SWOT-PEST. Furthermore, the researcher put forward countermeasures and suggestions of future development for preparation. This paper through the study of status quo, analyzed internal and external environment of preparation, The purpose is to improve the quality and level of preparation, also aim to improved work of preparation. At the same time, this article subserve related staff to correctly understand and evaluate preparations, and improve the hospital’s emphasis on preparation. Also Chinese medicine can play an important role in saving lives,meet the needs of the majority of patients personalized treatment.Through the situation analysis, as of 2013, there are 23 preparation workshop in Qingdao. the total number of 545 kinds of preparations, there are 292 kinds of chemicals, there are 253 kinds of Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine and chemical medicines basic balance. By questionnaire, the researcher found different people have different cognition in status, development and effect. By K-W non-parametric test, the author found that people with different ages, different positions, different gender and different titles and so on have different levels of understanding in the status of preparation(P <0.05). Through the questionnaire in patients, more than 80% of patients knew hospital preparation and could accept the price of preparation, about 70% of patients are satisfied on the effect of preparations and medicines of doctors to prescribe. 64.1% of patients’ drug costs declined after using hospital preparations, 57.2% of the patients on the doctor’s confidence increased after the use of preparations and 59.3% of patients are more trust the hospital.Although the development of hospital preparation is at a standstill now, and even some preparations is gradually shrinking, it is undeniable that quality and clinical efficacy of retained species is continuously improving. It is beneficial for patients with individualized treatment through the use of preparation, it is not only can ensure the treatment for patient, but also can satisfy the needs of the patient’s medication and reduce the cost burden on patients. Moreover, it also can increase patient’s trust in doctors and hospital. Managers should strengthen to the attention of the preparation and increase investment, research feature preparations and traditional Chinese medicines. Hospitals should work with pharmaceutical companies and establish regional centers of preparations, change the concept of development. In these way, preparation should achieve standardization and management procedures and promote the healthy development of hospital preparations.
