In recent years,with lifestyle changes and genetic factors,young people's myopia rate is rising year by year,the initial age of myopia is biased,myopia problems are highly concerned by national leaders and society,controlling the development of myopia is imperative.In the current stage of myopia prevention and control,the Orthokeratology is one of the programs that clinicians consider effective and can be used as the main control for myopia.In an environment where market regulation is not strict,institutions with different qualifications are competing to carry out the Orthokeratology business,The pressure on the hospitals that have achieved the qualifications is getting more and more competitive.How to make the development of benign health of Orthokeratology business.How to get qualified hospitals to gain a better competitive advantage is an important topic.This paper chooses the development of S hospital Orthokeratology business as the research object.Based on a detailed description of the research background,research significance,research ideas,research methods and research framework,Systematic review of relevant strategic theories such as hospital strategy.To provide a theoretical basis for the development of S-shaped Orthokeratology business development strategy.First of all,In this paper,PSET analysis method and five-force model are used to systematically analyze the macro environment and industry environment of S-shaped Ortho-Knife Mirror business,Evaluate the response of S hospitals to opportunities and threats through the EFE matrix;Secondly,Internal environmental analysis of S-shaped hospital and hospital Orthokeratology businessEvaluate its own strengths and weaknesses through the IFE matrix,Using SWOT combination analysis,the strategic choices were determined by summarizing the opportunities,threats,advantages and disadvantages faced by S-shaped Orthokeratology business in combination with QSPM matrix evaluation results;Finally,based on the strategy formulated,the implementation measures and strategic guarantees are proposed.Through the research in this paper,it is intended to provide a reference for the development of the sphincter mirror business of S Hospital,provide ideas and methods for the hospital to carry out Orthokeratology mirror business,it promotes the benign development of the Orthokeratology industry.
