Clinical Observation Of Acupuncture Combined With Tropicamide In The Treatment Of Juvenile Myopia

Purpose:Observe the clinical effects of acupuncture combined with tropicamide in treatment of juvenile myopia,to study the influence mechanism and practical value of acupuncture combined with tropicamide on mild adolescent myopia value.Material and method:To conform to the standard of 90 cases of juvenile myopia patients,randomly divided into acupuncture group,tropicamide group and acupuncture combined with tropicamide group,30 patients in each group. The research object of treatment group were treated by Acupuncture,tropicamide and acupuncture combined with tropicamide. 30 days for a course of treatment, to observe the changes of open hole far vision, myopia diopter, of the patients before and after treatment. At last open hole far vision and myopia diopter as the basis to judge the curative effect.Results: 1.After one course of treatment,compare the clinical efficacy,acupuncture group,tropicamide group and acupuncture combined with tropicamide group,their total effectiveness respectively is 73.3%、33.3%、86.7%. 2.The three groups of patients before treatment of open hole far vision and myopia diopter pairwise comparison,there was no significant(P>0.05). 3.The three groups of patients before and after treatment of open hole far vision and myopia diopter are compared within the group,there were significant differences(P<0.05). 4.The three groups of patients with myopia open hole far vision after treatment pairwise comparison,acupuncture group compared with tropicamide group wasstatistically significant(P<0.05);tropicamide group compared with acupuncture combined with tropicamide group was statistically significant(P<0.05);acupuncture group compared with acupuncture combined with tropicamide group was no significant(P>0.05). 5. The three groups of patients with myopia diopter after treatment pairwise comparison,acupuncture group compared with tropicamide group was no significant(P>0.05);tropicamide group compared with acupuncture combined with tropicamide group was statistically significant(P<0.05);acupuncture group compared with acupuncture combined with tropicamide group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.After using acupuncture,tropicamide and acupuncture combined with tropicamide for treatment of juvenile myopia one course,three methods have a significant effect.The effects of acupuncture combined with tropicamide group was the most remarkable. 2.After using acupuncture,tropicamide and acupuncture combined with tropicamide for treatment of juvenile myopia one course, the three groups of patients with myopia open hole far vision after treatment pairwise comparison, acupuncture group’s treatment effect is better than tropicamide group; acupuncture combined with tropicamide group’s treatment effect is better than tropicamide group;acupuncture group compared with acupuncture combined with tropicamide group, the two groups had no significant differences in treatment effect. 3. fter using acupuncture,tropicamide and acupuncture combined with tropicamide for treatment of juvenile myopia one course, the three groups of patients with myopia myopia diopter after treatment pairwise comparison,there was No significant difference between the effect of acupuncture group compared with tropicamide group;acupuncture combined with tropicamide group’s treatment effect is better than tropicamide group;The therapeuticeffect of acupuncture group is poor than acupuncture combined with tropicamide group.
