Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Adolescent Mild Myopia (Deficiency Of Liver,Kidney And Spleen) With Jinshikang Oral Liquid Combined With Thumbtack Needle

Purpose:observe the clinical curative effect of jinshikang oral liquid combined with Thumbtack needle in treatment adolescent mild myopia(deficiency of liver,kidney and spleen).Methods:There are 197 patients(344 eyes)with meibomian gland dysfunction who were enrolled and treated in the Eye clinic of affiliated hospital of Chengdu University of TCM,according to the same inclusion and exclusion criteria.They were divided into three groups : test group 1,test group 2,control group,according to Treatment orde of Completely random.The three groups were treated with basic treatment(Eye health education and Wear glasses),control group was treated with Thumbtack needle(Zanzhu,Taiyang,Sizhukong),The test group 1 was treated with jinshikang oral liquid The test group 2 was treated with jinshikang oral liquid combined with Thumbtack needle.Treatment for 24 weeks.symptoms of naked eye vision,myopia diopter and clinical symptom score were observed and measured before and after treatment.Results:(1)Before treatment,the differences had no statistical significance in the sexes,age,naked eye vision,myopia diopter and clinical symptom score(P > 0.05),the three groups were comparable.(2)Naked eye vision: the difference of naked eye vision before and after treatment in each group was statistically significant(P < 0.01),although comparison between groups in the difference between before and after treatment was not statistically significant(P > 0.05),but the test group 2 had a better trend.(3)Myopia diopter: the diopter before and after treatment in each group was statistically significant(P < 0.01).Compared with the control group,the test group 2was compared with the control group in difference before and after treatment(P <0.01).Although the test group 1 had no statistical significance compared with the control group and the test group 2(P > 0.05),the test group 2 had a better effect Trend.(4)Total curative effect of clinical symptoms :The excellent rate of the control group is 1.61%,7.69% for test group 1 and 12.24% for the test group 2 group after treatment,the effectiv rate of the control group1 is 43.54%,76.92% for test group 1and 87.14% for the test group 2 after treatment.Three groups was pairwise comparison after the Treatment,the effect of test group 1 was significantly better than control group(P < 0.01),test group 2 was significantly better than test group 1(P <0.01),test group 2 was better than test group 1(P < 0.01),however,test group 2 was best.Conclusion:(1)thumbtack needle,jinshikang oral liquid,jinshikang oral liquid combined with thumbtack needle can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of mild myopia in adolescents,especially jinshikang oral liquid combined with thumbtack needle is best.(2)thumbtack needle or jinshikang oral liquid combined with basic treatment(eye health education + mirror)can improve the naked eye vision and myopia diopter of mild myopia in adolescent,but there is a better trend in the combination of the three.
