| Objective:To provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment,observe the effects of acupuncture combined with Zeng Shi Yi Zhi Tablet in treatment of heart yang deficiency type of juvenile myopia.Method:To conform the standard of 60 cases of juvenile myopia patients,completely randomization divided into control group and treatment group;each group has 30 patients.In the control group,we can treat it only by taking effective measures with Zeng Shi Yi Zhi Tablet;while in the treatment group,we can treat it by taking another steps,acupuncture combined with Zeng Shi Yi Zhi Tablet.10 times for a course of treatment,treatment 3 courses in total.In the two groups,the open eye distant sight and the myopic dioptre and the length of optic axis before and after treatment are observed respectively.Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group after 3 courses was83.33%,while the total effective rate in the control group after 3 courses was 66.67%;as the whole,the total effective rate on the treating juvenile myopia was the treatment group superior to the control group.There is a weight significant difference about the open eye distant sight before and after of two groups(P< 0.05),meanwhile,there also is a major significant difference about the myopic dioptre before and after of two groups(P <0.05).Generally speaking,in the treatment of the juvenile myopia,the treatment group was precede to the control group.In addition,it is meaningless to dominate the length of the eye axis in the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The study suggested that,on treating the heart yang deficiency type of juvenile myopia,both groups indication a curative effect,and the treatment group was better,display two methods of treatment of adolescent myopia vision and delay the dioptre increased have certain effect,and it has better effect to use joint;there was no significant difference of axial length in the two groups after short-term treatment. |
